 Connecticut Society State Conference March 2nd thru March 3rd 5:00 PM Friday through 11:30 AM Saturday 2011-12 State Theme for C.S.C.A.R. "Camping Out with C.S.C.A.R" gives C.S.C.A.R. the opportunity to be the major sponsor of the Keeler Tavern Museum's American 2012 History Camp for boys and girls between 2nd to 5th grade. This is also a way to raise awareness about the Battle of Ridgefield in Ridgefield,CT where Keeler Tavern Museum is located. Funds are being raised by the sales of a pewter cannon pin being sold for $10 by the different societies of C.S.C.A.R. Below is the state logo and photo of the pin.
2011-12 National Theme for C.A.R. “Living the American Dream” focuses on raising funds and awareness for the Fisher House, an organization world-wide which houses veterans and their families while getting treatment in a near-by hospital.
